SOLDIERS AND SAILORS HALL AND MUSEUM HAS FOUR NEW MEMBERS THIS MORNING. ALL OF THEM ARE HIGHLY DECORATED FOR RISKING THEIR LIVES DURING WAR. TWO OF THEM ARMY SPECIALIST HENRY CARUSO AND ARMY SERGEANT DANIEL COHN, ARE SILVER STAR AWARDEES. ALSO HONORED WERE MARINE CORPS RESERVE TECH SERGEANT HARRY LEE AND AIR FORCE CAPTAIN JOHN ELSEY FROM FAYETTE COUNTY, WHO RECEIVED THE DISTINGUISHED FLYING CROSS FOR SERVICE IN VIETNAM. THE GOOD LORD WATCHED OVER ME THE WHOLE WAY AND HE STILL DOES TODAY. AS A MATTER OF FACT, SOLDIERS AND SAILORS HAS INJECTED MORE THAN 700 VETERANS INTO ITS HALL OF

The Hall of Valor at Pittsburgh's Soldiers and Sailors Hall and Museum has four new members.All of them are highly decorated for risking their lives during war.Two of them, Army Specialist Henry Caruso and Army Sergeant Daniel Koon, are Silver Star awardees.Also honored were Marine Corps Reserve Tech Sergeant Harry Lee and Air Force Captain John Elsey from Fayette County, who received the Distinguished Flying Cross for service in Vietnam.“The good Lord watched over me the whole way, and he still does today as a matter of fact,” Elsey said.Soldiers and Sailors has inducted more than 700 veterans into its Hall of Valor since 1963.

The Hall of Valor at Pittsburgh's Soldiers and Sailors Hall and Museum has four new members.
