Celebrate Kentucky Derby With A Murder Mystery Fundraiser

In addition, Air Force National Guard veteran Nichole Ditty of Sweet Amber Apiary will discuss the benefits of beekeeping.

- Veteran Experience Action Centers (VEACs) bring together VA resources for veterans and their families to offer virtual 1-on-1 personalized assistance with benefits and services. This event is for service members and recently separated veterans and their caregivers, families and survivors, to obtain help with things like signing up for VA health care, submitting a VA disability claim, and toxic exposure concerns.

- If you or someone you know has suffered a brain injury, this support group offers a relaxed atmosphere where attendees may be comfortable sharing their feelings, discussing important topics, and encouraging others. The group includes survivors, family members, caregivers and professionals who assist those individuals. Meetings are held in the Fredericksen Pavillion, ground 08 conference room.
   
Lancaster Vet Center To Host Weekly Veteran's Guitar Group

Empowerment Workshops For Women Veterans
 
- First and third Sundays of every month, 1-3 p.m.
- This is a workshop that utilizes free writing, breathing techniques and community agreements. Free writing is allowing the freedom of thoughts and ideas to flow unto the paper without judgment or expectation of what it will become. Previous writing experience not required. This workshop is free and open to all women veterans, all eras, all separation statuses and service members. Be supported by healthy camaraderie, clear communication and community empowerment.
